Look for a CTXNOTIF hotfix. I think it was 74 for XP. That had some
problems after user logoffs where this was hooked on the proc and would
not let go when it couldn't delete any printers.

Citrix is having a hell of a time with it.

Subject: [THIN] spoolsv.exe high cpu load

I'm noticing spoolsv.exe is taking ALOT of cpu for just sitting idle
(ie:
no print jobs in the queue). It takes generally between 20 and 29
percent
CPU and causes a major load on my system. I've got Citrix MF XPe
installed, windows 2000 sp4, the spoolsv and winlogin hotfix from
microsoft install and its STILL doing it. Any suggestions? The server
is
setup identical to another server, and the other server doesn't seem to
have any problems (and can handle alot more users).

Thanks for the help.

Warren
