Since it appears that you work with admin access, the place to look would be permissions. I'd try running regmon to see if the users are being denied access to the association information in the registry. The app calls various programs to open files: Word, Excel, Outlook, Fax & Image Viewer. Programs works perfectly when running local on the server through RDP. When running it as a published app, users get "Trouble auto-opening file: No application association" when trying to open a .jpg file. The associations are set properly on the box (jpeg & bmp files work fine). Both of my accounts work fine, and do not produce any of these errors. I granted both accounts admin access, went in and set the file associations for each account, and then tested. This is contrary to everything I've experienced using Citrix. File associations should not need to be set per user. Has anyone ever seen this, or have a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ________________________________ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile.
