Install latest Rollup and critical hotfixes. For the remaining hotfixes,
install only if you are experiencing the issue the hotfix addresses.

i read thomas koetzing's article about how too patch citrix.but i would like
to know how you guys do the patchmanagement part.how do you test it,how do
you know which patch too install and which not,and so on...
