Keep in mind it only streams the first time you launch an app and then only
as you need additional pieces of that app. Once those items are in cache
there is no streaming. If you are on a TS box the best practices state to
preload the cache on TS so it's not an issue at all.

I was thinking the same thing Joe, but then it occurred to me that once =

cache is populated, you would not need to do the initial stream (but you
would need to read it from the network as you use it.....)

Yes, you can specify a network drive. File server, SAN, NAS device
etc...Maxspeed has Terminals that are embedded XP with hard drives so =
that
is another option.

Softricity client on embedded XP-- This is a very exciting concept, but =

the "rub" is the need for a local cache file, which typically is quite =

large, i.e. 1GB or more.
I don't know if Softricity supports a network file location for the =3D =
cache,
but I would assume that is how you would handle it, or, perhaps a solid
state drive of some sort...
