I'd agree if my other Freelists subscriptions suffered the same way. It only
seems to be the Thin list though.

If I was a betting man, I'd say freelist drops users if it receives a NDR
from/or cannot contact the user's mail gateway.
I switched to gmail a while back and my problem went away.
