Its not in the task manager. Its under processes but not under
applications. I can right click on it to close it but can't drag it
anywhere.

I get this all the time...Go into task manager and right click on icabar.
Click on maximize. You can then drag it around to resize it.

I am building some new 2000 citrix xp servers and I am having a
strange problem on the first one. Have xp and fr1 loaded and the ica
bar comes up as a small blank bar in the middle of the screen. Any
ideas why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

      Thanks,
