[THIN] how to force a default web browsers

In our environment we use Netscape for our email client (cheap) and
Internet Explorer for the web browser.
The problem users will accidentally set their web browser default to
Netscape.
Does anyone know how to force the default browser say in a a logon
script ot Internet Explorer?
