To set shadow rihgts for users other than the administrator do it through
the Connection Configuration.
Click the security menu and choose permissions, add the group and click on
the advanced button.
Now click add and add the group again, click edit and than click the check
box next to Shadow.

i am trying to create a group for Helpdeska nd grant them Shadow rights,
here is what i have done so far, i created the group and logged in to the
CMC as an administrator i added the group to the Citrix Administrators tab
and then tried to find the SHADOW right in the sessions tab but i could not
find it i see everything else but the shadow rights.
i also went back into the CCC gave that group permissions to shadow but i
still cannot shadow when i am a user from that group. If i am an admin with
full rights everythings works fine.
what am i doing wrong??
