[THIN] fr3 vs fr2

we are currently running w2k sp4 with xp fr2 / sp2.
as an ASP we deliver a single app through a web interface.
we need to rebuild our farm (for various reasons) so my manager has tasked me
with investigating a move to fr3 at the time of our farm rebuild. (even though
there are no functional problems)
i have read the propoganda and still cant build a case to go to fr3 / sp3.
can anyone tell me of their experiences (good or bad)
off line if you wish!
for the short time i have subscribed to this list, you guys have helped resolve
so many previously unresolveable problems!
