when you say the entire screen, is it REALLY the whole screen or is sqlplus'
window maximised and its that thats redrawing? (assuming sqlplus has a window
and isnt something thats running in the background, of course!) if its that,
then its just plain lazyass bad programming.. if not, well, im sure someone on
here will be able to help ;)
Incidentally, you seem to be a very busy bee these days :)

We've just deployed FR3 to a couple of servers in DEV and we've found that
when SQL Plus is run, every key press causes the screen to redraw. Takes
about 30 seconds to get a splitting headache! All other apps are fine. Tried
3 versions of the ICA web client and same result... Any ideas?
