[THIN] dumb question

Hi all
I had to change the date display in the regional setting. from
"MM-dd-yyyy" to "yyyy-MM-dd".
Isn't that change should apply to all users automatically? but it
doesn't! they still have the wrong display.
I have few hundred profiles store on my MF1.8/win2000 and NT4TS.
How do I change that in all the profiles?
