Anonymous users at a Healthcare facility? Say it ain't so... So much for
HIPAA.
The UPHClean tool should fix most of the profiles issues created on logout.

Only problem is when you have anonymous users and the profile settings
get trashed on logout.
You then need to use the GPO "Screensaver" under Control Panel ->
Display, and disable it.

Yes, this can be done via the screensaver options... In W2k3 it's the
default.
