TS compatibility is one thing I always get in writing before even trialling
a product. If they can't definitely say it's totally compatible - don't go
there. Of course, there are no guarantees - I purchased an app recently with
a dedicated server and a cast iron assurance of TS compatibility. The
company came along to install the software but, suspiciously, didn't go near
the server. Turned out they didn't actually know what TS was.
TS is bad enough with compatible apps ;-)

What do you guys do when you have apps that don't run on Terminal Server
because of licensing? I just bought a copy of CADopia and it doesn't run
remotely. When I investigated the product this wasn't 'featured'.
Luckily I have a Windows desktop in the vicinity.
PS. I'm a fairly new Citrix admin.
