[THIN] XenApp6 / 2008 R2 taskbar icon question

This is bugging me to no end: how do I prevent the "Server Manager" and
PowerShell icons on the taskbar from appearing for every user connecting to
a published desktop?
We're using a mandatory profile plus AppSense and the rest of the user
taskbar icons are being managed properly but these two (plus IE but I can
live with that) show up no matter what I do (and if I unpin them they come
right back at the next session).
