[THIN] XA6.5 session sharing breaks after 2 minutes of idle

Hi all,
we are currently fighting XenApp session sharing issues:
enviroment: xa6.5 fully patched with official patches, wi5.4
When a user is starting applicationA session is established. when the user is
now waiting for about 2 minutes and start applicationB a new session is created.
When ApplicationA and ApplicationB are started within a shorter time frame
(about 10-20 seconds) delay session sharing is working fine.
This issue only occurs when using webinterface. Connecting with PNA and Service
site is working fine.
Any hints?
