Take a look at publishing full desktop with nothing in it. Then use
the program neighborhood agent with pass through authentication to
populate the desktop and start menu. We've been running this way for
over a year and it has worked great. All the power of published apps
and the Web interface and the convenience of the desktop for the users
with thin clients. We use Neoware thin clients but the concept is the
same with Wyse.

You can then even manage the applications by group membership. Make a
MSWord group and give it permission to the Word Published app. Them
add all the users to that group and they get Word. Then you are
managing all your users and applications in one place and don't have
to fight the CMC every time you add a user.
