Hi Ryan,
 
From command prompt - run wtflush.exe with one of the following switches...
 
\f to flush the cache and disable the write filter until the next boot.
\d to flush the cache disable the write filter. The write filter stays
disabled after the client boots.
\e to enable the write filter after the next boot
