It sounds to me as if you have a problem.

Lets tale excel the MRU is stored for that (in office XP) in the user's
registry hive. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Excel\Recent Files.

So if everyone is seeing everyone else's you have a problem.

Hello,

Does anyone know if you can create a 'recently used file list' (MRU)
within Word, Excel, etc that reflects each user's recently used files?
And if so, how.

Currently we have a list consisting of a mishmash of all user's files,
which isn't over useful...

 Jane
