[THIN] Word errors

We have an app that adds functions to Word (Wordtricks if anyone is
familiar with it.) On my Citrix server it isn't working. The developer
wrote a test app, and it comes back with Debug 4 Err=91 Object variable
or With block variable not set. After a minute or two a Run-time 430
Class does not support Automation or does not support expected
interface.
The developer is at a loss, he thinks it is a problem with Windows, and
a OS reinstall the only option. I've reloaded MDAC, Jet, Windows
Scripting engine, but can't figure out these errors.
Anyone have any suggestions?
