Yep...you need to set the cursor blink rate to very fast ... there is a
setting for this in the wtsadm.zip adm policy template file on thethin.net

Subject: [THIN] Word 2000 Flicker
Just wondering if anyone has seen this happening. Users say that the words
flicker as they are typing. I checked and sure enough it happens. I also
noticed that it only happens when this is on a PC but not when they are
doing this from a Wyse thin client. I have fiddled around with settings on
ICA client, etc etc but it still happens.
Any suggestions, please. Thanks.
