Thank you VERY much that was it.

These boxes are scheduled to be rebuilt soon, so it was easier to just
remove the windows hotfix.

I just installed all the latest windows updates on a windows 2000 box
running Xpa. Now when a user tries to log on they just get a blue screen
(not BSOD, just a blue background) I do have about 4 users that where
able to logon.

They are only running Citrix SP2, so I'm going to try installing citrix
SP4. Anything else I should check.
