This is because the Hotfixes information is pulled from a different
location, not the one used by Add Remove Programs

I have installed rollup 3 for Presentation Server 4 (SE400W2KR03.msp)
This rollup uninstalled all previous hot fixes so in Add/Remove Programs
they are not listed which is ok.
What the reason is that I still can see all previously installed hot
fixes in Management Console?
Do you have any idea?
