[THIN] Where are PN icons stored in MSAM?

Other than some security rights issues, I have MSAM 2.2 up and running.
I've configured the PN CDA and published a few apps to test. When I go to
a workstation, the PN portion of the screen shows the text for the apps,
but the icons are 'x'. Where does MSAM get the app icons from? Do I have
to copy them somewhere?
