[THIN] When running published apps on Vista/ W7 desktops

Hi,
Could be a silly one or maybe this is just the way it is.
I keep getting asked why when a user launches an app from the XenApp it
takes so long ?
Obviously I know that the first time they launch an app it has to log
them on to a server and then any app there after launches faster than
opening the same app locally.
Is there a way to get this to happen in the background as the user logs
on to the Vista / W7 desktop so that when they launch an app from XenApp
the login has already take place.
Maybe I've missed something or maybe not...
