Go by the picture in the system tray when they launch an app...
version 8 is a white box zoomed in on the Citrix "i"
version 7 is the Citrix buildings
version 6 is the white box with "ICA" in it.

I am building a troubleshooting document for our users.

I want to ask the use to give me the version of the ICA client installed on
thier machines.

How can I tell which version of a web client is installed on a pc while
sitting at the pc. Something that a user would understand?

Thanks

Doug Stratton
