Definitely not normal. I wonder if this is some type of name resolution or
network issue. Do you have the same problem if you run the same published
apps from Program Neighbord?

Subject: [THIN] WebInterface - long time to launch the first application
I have never used WebInterface (Ps4.0) before and have just installed it. I
have configured "MetaFrame Presentation Server" and "Program Neighborhood
Agent Services".
It takes 10-15 minutes to run an application after I click it in
WebInterface. All other applications can be then started almost immediately.
When I launch the same application using Citrix Agent installed on my PC it
takes 2-3 second max.
Is it normal behavior or there is any way to reduce the time for WI?
