yea have tried both just the server name full path and IP address

Hi,
I have to be missing something very simple here...
I am trying to set up a 2nd Web Interface PNAGent site to eventually use
for fail over. I have configured the 2nd on a second server with the
exact same configuration but when I try to change to the 2nd server I
keep getting the message.
Citrix online plug-In could not contact the server. Please check your
network connection.
Is it because the server that I am connecting to have already connected
to the 1st Web Interface.
I have set these up before and its been pretty straight forward. I can
ping the 2nd WI from the server my user is connected to.
