[THIN] Web Interface 2.x and ICA Web Client v8.1

Has anyone been able to successfully 'automaticaly download' the ICA
Web client v8.1?
I put the wficat.cab and ica32t.exe files in the correct directory on
WI Server, and set the version control to: 8,100,29670,0
BUT the client will never 'automatically download'. I can click on it
and run it, but it won't auto-pop.
