[THIN] Volume control in ICA session

Hi all,
I have sound working on our Wyse clients using ICA; however no one seems
to be able to control the volume from the Volume Control.
The Volume control in the Control Panel is disabled (greyed out).
Is that normal, or could it be a policy setting I might have to change?
You would think sound should be something the users should be able to
control.
