I think it is in the license agreement that you can't blame them for lost 
revenue etc if their buggy software causes trouble.

Hey...I let some fools from M$ doing stuff to my systems every
time.......or at least the forgot million things while building the
software....I wonder I we could sue them (is popular in the US, I heard)
for their security holes over and over again costing us money......

That is just too funny. Somebody rewrote the mblaster virus to patch for
the hole and then remove itself when the year is 2004. This might be the
first instance of a "helpful" worm.
