[THIN] View Server health (Win2K)

Trying to configure this, and getting Access Denied. Error:0x80041003.
I have found some articles, none overly helpful.
Hoping someone has had this, knows the truwe fix. I am guessing it is
a WMI issue, but WMI hotfix is applied, WMI appears configured
correclty, as does DCOM.
