No, it's a DC - does not connect to (nor can it connect to due to FW rules) any 
IRC service ?  Even though it's listening on 6667 and 6668 from the powerchute 
service !?!?!?!?!?
 
One for the PowerChute tech support guy's I think !

so any idea's why PowerChute would be using IRC as this is the process
holding the ports open !?!?!?!?!?

urgently need to identify what application is holding a specific IP port
o pen on one of our servers - can anyone suggest a good tool for this ?
