[THIN] Utility to test ICA traffic bandwidth

Anyone know of a good utility/utilities for monitoring ICA traffic. I am
leaving tomorrow to a remote location to troubleshoot "slow" Citrix connection.
Supposedly one floor is running fine and the other is very slow.
