[THIN] Using Citrix Perfmon Counters From Within Perfmon

Folks,
We are trying to activate a couple of the Citrix specific Perfmon counters.
Specifically, there is an object called Citrix IMA Networking, within which is
a counter for ICA packets sent, and another for ICA packets received. If we
launch Perfmon on the Citrix server, and then try to add these counters the Add
button is greyed out.
Does anyone know how to make these functional?
