[THIN] User Desktop pics

Hi ,

just realised or should I say I've got a few complaints that users cant
change there desktop and have a picture on it.

I hadn't set any policy preventing them, just checked a few normal
servers and I cant change there either.

OS is 2003 R2 running XenApp5, is this disabled by default in 2003 or is
there any way I can let mu users have there personal pic on the desktop.
