[THIN] Urgent! Need to rebuild data store (MF XPe)

I need to rebuild my data store. What would be the correct procedure?
I have a database backup of mf20.mdb.
When re-installing MF I have to choose a Data Store Type. It fails using
one of the other servers in the farm.
