They may be set to only log onto certain machines?
We had that for some shop floor logons.

Using Windows 2000 server SP4
PS Xpe FR3 SP3
Windows 2000 SP4 client
PNA 7.1
I have a couple users that get the error "An unspecified error occurred.
Try to connect again. If you continue to receive this message contact
your Citrix administrator" when the PNA launches or you try to refresh
applications. On the same machine I can enter my creadentials and it
works fine, I can also enter their creadentials on my machine and it
gets the same error. I can't find any related messages in event logs of
the Nfuse server. Does anyone have any idea where I should look next?
