[THIN] USRLOGON.CMD delay - 30 seconds

Hi all;
I'm suddenly getting a 30-second delay while USRLOGON.CMD executes on
a Windows 2003 SP1 Gold terminal server. The USRLOGON.CMD pauses at
the lines below (after turning @ECHO ON) - - any suggestions?
