Check your registry size, set it higher...(125MB)
..or check the c:\documents and settings permissions for these users.

Question 1:

Can anyone tell me exactly what this error indicates?

Windows cannot unload your registry file.  If you have a roaming

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).=20


Question 2:

Some of my users experience that their printer que (the printer icon in
system tray) is empty even though they have send a very large printjob
and their by can delete the job themselves

Any suggestions?
