[THIN] Tough one to describe - All desktop icons drop to a default icon

Metaframe XPe, FR3, SP4, Rollup R02.
Office2003 SP1
Approximately 200 IBM HS20 Blade servers with 4GB RAM.
We are starting to hear from more people that their sessions will just stop
working. When we go to see what is wrong their Desktop icons have changed
to some kind of default icon instead of the normal My Computer, etc icons.
Their Start menu has very few items on it. From what I can tell their group
policies are no longer applied either. I have had this happen to me as
well. All they can do it Logoff (that menu item still works). When they
log back on to the same server everything is fine.
Over the last couple months we rolled out Windows2003 SP1. Over the last 3
weeks we rolled out the Citrix hotfix rollup R02. None of this showed up in
the testing that was done but now that we are in production with these 2
patches on close to 200 servers we are starting to see it.
Has anyone else seen this issue before? If so, what did you do to fix it?
We are opening cases with Citrix and Microsoft now.
