[THIN] To long logon time PS4.0

If i logon to a PS4.0 server , the logontime takes about 35.sec. The
part of the login that consumes most of it , is "Checking your
credentials"
We have roaming profiles, but i don't think that is the reason.
If i logon to a XP server, the logontime is 15.sec. Mapping of
loacalprinters an drives included.
I have installed MSFIX 899409 , but PS 40 is still using about 30.sec.
During logon.
Our environment is Win2k3 SP1 with all critical fixes form Citrix and
MS.
