[THIN] Time Zone GMT Casablanca Monrovia

We are using Web interface V3 (I think) with CMFPRSv3 r04/W2k3
When we us the Java Client 8.2.1684 we have a problem with time zones.
No matter which time zone we have locally we always end up with (GMT)
Casablanca, monrovia as the time zone on the TS.
If we install the full client PN does not do it. Gets the local client
time zone.
Anyone seen this and/or have a solution.
