Joe,

When I do as suggested, I get the following error message at the bottom
right corner of the WI browser screen

The Citrix MetaFrame servers reported that the alternate address cannot be
found

Any thoughts?

Regards,
Rob

You don't use Alternate Addresses if you are using Secure Gateway. Set the
Default connection to use SG and 10.3.0 to normal.

Subject: [THIN] There is no route to the specified subnet address

Greetings,

I am receiving the following error when trying to connect to a Citrix Secure
Gateway server. Using either the Java Client or the ICA Client.

"There is no route to the specified subnet address"

Here is my current configuration and what I have done so far.

Server A - The Secure Gateway / WI is in the DMZ NAT'd
- For e.g. Ext NAT - 12.0.0.1 / DMZ IP - 10.2.0.1
I have configured the NFUSE.CONF with the following:
- Changed AlternateAddress=Off to AlternateAddress=Mapped
- Added ClientAddressMap=10.3.0.,Normal,*,Alternate

Server B - The STA / Citrix server is on the LAN
- Int. IP - 10.3.0.1
I have set the AltAddr on this server to 12.0.0.3
- using ALTADDR /SET 12.0.0.3
- ALTADDR shows Default 12.0.0.3

Firewall - CheckPoint
- Ports 80, 443 & 444 from Any to Server A
- I have ports 1494, 80, 443 & 444 open from Server A to Server B
- Any port going out is open

Anyone have any ideas why I am receiving this error and am prevented from
running apps? By the way, I do get to the WI and authenticate with no
problems (SSL active). When I click the icon to run the app, this is when
the error occurs.

Regards,

Rob
