[THIN] Terminal Server ADM files?

Hi,
I'm looking for a solution to administrate several terminal servers
which are controlled by a team I work with.
Essentially, we want to set specific options under encryption levels,
enabling or disabling clipboard and COM port redirection and the like.
Does anyone know of a template which can do this?
