[THIN] TS Licence activation

Hi all
I am trying to setup a new TS Licence server, I have activated it but
the two licences I've tried to add have either come back with Invalid
product or Already Activated
How do I get these to work?
The original TS licence server is now required elsewhere, and I tried to
deactivate it and it states its activation has expired
Is there an easy way to reset all this and get a new licence server up
and running
