[THIN] TCPIP Filtering,

If anyone has played with TCPIP filter via Windows 2000, I am trying to find
out, why I cannot block the UDP's ports I dont want people to scan on my
webservers. It works wonders for TCP traffic, but for UDP it doesnt. I
verified it via Fscan.exe from Foundstone.
If anyone knows or has futher knowledge of this, let me know,
