[THIN] Streaming PS 4.5 / Xenapp 5

Hello there,
Is anyone deploying lots of applications via streaming in PS 4.5 / XenApp 5
Im looking to use it a lot more to replace the need to repackage applications.
If you have would you mind answering a couple of questions ?
1. Have you replaced your traditional packaging solution ? Installation Manager
(old i know) / Wise / Installshield ?
2. How did / do you find streaming ? Any issues at all ?
3. Did you deploy softgrid / thinapp instead ?
4. Any gotchas or handy hints ?
