Been there!  There is a MS hotfix that we have been running for the last 3
days and it is nice to be stable again.  If I remember right it happens
during certain logoffs, which is why we saw most of ours near the end of the
day.

I will need to check with some of our guys to get you the patch or kb
article we used.
