I would think it is on one of the SP3 disks though. Mine is on a separate
disk that came with my SP3/FR3 pack.

I've downloaded SP3 - don't get FR3 'cos we haven't paid for it, and our SA
has long since expired.
When you say the FR3 link could you be a bit more specific?
