[THIN] Smooth roaming

Hi,
Just been asked if I can remove the Smooth Roaming feature, if I'm using
the correct terminology.
User A logs onto his thin client in the morning and then logs onto a
vista PC that is only for the purpose of burning CD's, their session
travels with them and opens in the back ground.
They log out and go back to their desk to find they have been logged out
but are un aware of what's happened.
My question is can I disable this feature and is so us it global, by
user etc..
